Chengdu Software Delegation Visited Japan , USA and Canada

October 2 to 7, 2007, Zheng Heping, Vice Director of the Executive Committee of CHINASOFT 2008 and Vice Secretary General of Chengdu Municipal Government, led a delegation of 6 delegates from Chengdu software industry to Japan for publicity and promotion of CHINASOFT 2008. The delegation visited some famous Japanese software companies e.g. Shinko, CSK Group, Hitachi Systems & Services, and major politicians e.g. Masashi Nakano, Vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, Mr. Zheng

Heping attended Briefing
Meeting in China Software Cities 2007 Asia EA Forum and gave a themed speech for promotion of CHINASOFT 2008. The companies expressed great interests in strengthening the cooperation with Chengdu software companies and they would like to consider taking part in CHINASOFT 2008.
October 14 to 26, 2007, Liu Yong, Vice Director of the Executive Committee Office of CHINASOFT 2008 and Director of Chengdu Informatization Office, led a delegation to USA and Canada for publicity and promotion of CHINASOFT 2008 and visited Microsoft, Oracle, GSK and other famous software companies headquartered in USA. The delegation convened three briefing meetings for CHINASOFT 2008 in Toronto , in New York and Los Angles, USA and positive response was received at the meetings. The number of delegates from American software companies is expected to exceed that of CHINASOFT 2007. |
